Team Ariel participating in Knox County Relay for Life

Team Ariel will be part of Friday’s Relay for Life, benefitting the American Cancer Society, from 6 p.m. to Midnight in downtown Mount Vernon. Ariel is a corporate sponsor of the event.

Employees and their families and friends are invited to join Team Ariel. Everyone can stop at the Ariel booth, located in front of the Mount Vernon Grand Hotel. Cotton candy will be available as Ariel’s on-site fundraiser.

Ariel will match every dollar given to Team Ariel. Employees don’t have to walk in the relay to attend the event or visit Team Ariel.

Relay for Life moved from Mount Vernon High School’s Yellow Jacket Stadium to downtown after last year’s event. It will have a more festive atmosphere to allow people who have not yet been to Relay for Life to be a part of the event and encourage engagement.

Ariel will also hold an event on campus from 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. Saturday for sixth shift employees who wish to participate. Every registered member of Team Ariel will get a shirt.
