Ariel to Provide Distributor for Quote:
- Run file that shows eVCP. This will include clearances, stroke length, and list price
- Technical documentation (eVCP Installation and Operation Manual)
Customer and Distributor to Provide for Packaging/Installation:
- A preliminary Mechanical Vibration Study must be completed to identify any MNFs that could excite the eVCP device. Provisions for HE cylinder supports may be necessary.
- Vibration study must be completed within one month following installation to ensure the eVCP is properly supported
- Necessary physical space accommodations in PLC Panel for eVCP Interface Module (See eVCP Installation and Operation Manual for dimensions)
- Necessary I/O terminals to communicate to eVCP Interface Module (See eVCP Installation and Operation Manual)
- Solid State Reversing Contactor for motor operation, motor controller, switch gear
- Accommodations for eVCP motor power/air
- Interconnect wiring/tubing for the eVCP motor
- Necessary enclosures (e.g. explosion proof box for motor switch, PLC panel)
- Control programming/logic for operation

Operational Data Trending
- It is a best practice to trend compressor conditions and eVCP data while the compressor is running. This way the end user can keep track of how the eVCP is working and the program can alert the operator if something is malfunctioning. The following is an example of what data can be trended:
- Time stamp of when eVCP starts to move
- Time stamp of when eVCP stops moving
- eVCP position
- eVCP spindle temperature
- Driver % load
- Driver load set point
- Driver RPM
- Compressor Suction pressure per stage
- Compressor discharge pressure per stage
- Compressor suction temperature per stage
- Compressor discharge temperature per stage
- Current compressor load step
- Compressor flow rate
